A large two storey extension to provide open plan kitchen / dining / living on the ground floor with large format fenestration connecting to the garden.

The extension faces and opens up to the garden and helps to frame it with a large picture window. The first floor was reconfigured and extended to provide and additional master bedroom suite and new bathroom, with a utility also provided on the first floor.  By using brick and render to imitate the existing materials, the extension was able to match the character of the existing house.
