A rear extension coupled with an annex building at the rear of the long narrow garden to a terraced property in Hoylake. The annex was to accommodate a grandparent wishing to live closer to the young family. Both the annex and extension to the house were finished in black timber cladding as a direct contrast to the original brick property. The garden is accessed from both the house extension and the annex allowing the family to have both shared spaces and individual private areas.
