Sketch Proposals

We work closely with you from the onset of the project. Detailed discussions about what is wanted, coupled with what is practically possible for the budget available, ensure a great start to the project. A number of different designs will be presented and these are only finalised once you, the client, is absolutely sure it is what you want and can afford. An initial build cost estimate for the finalised design will be obtained following preparation of the sketch proposals.

If you don't already have existing drawings we can arrange for a measured survey of the property. You will appoint and pay for this direct to avoid any on costs from us. This provides you with the best value.

Our fees for the preparation of sketch proposals are based on the extent of the proposed works and will be fixed.
