Once selected, we will prepare contract documents between you and the chosen contractor. We then liaise closely with the builder and other subcontractors to ensure the project is going to plan. We will keep you informed each step of the way. Regular site visits will ensure, as far as practical, that workmanship and building practices are of a correct standard and adhere to the building regulations and construction drawings.

A monthly progress meeting and payment plan will mean all parties are included in the process and understand any issues that might invariably crop up.
