A large new build 5 bed property constructed over three floors. The site was within a conservation area and previously a garden to a 1930’s brick detached property.

The new build was sensitively designed to respond to the original properties in the conservation area. Brick is the predominant material with detailing similar to the 1930’s designs. Internally the property is modern and spacious with light filling the spaces.

Architects-direct acted as the lead consultant throughout the project from start to completion. Architects-direct managed to obtain planning permission for two properties on the site fully maximising the site’s potential for the client of the original property. Both sites have since been developed.
