Preparing a detailed schedule means that all the quite often expensive small finishing touches will not be forgotten and so included in the builder costs. We provide all clients with our unique set of finishes data sheets and prepare a detailed breakdown of the works you expect to be included in the contractors cost. Elements such as flooring, lighting, doors and door furniture all should be considered as early as possible and we will work with you to make sure nothing is forgotten.
More often than not we are asked, 'Do you know a good builder?' We have had experience of the good, the bad and the ugly! It can be a difficult decision but we can work with you to help choose the best builder available. The detailed drawings and finishes schedules are issued together with any other relevant documents to a minimum of three contractors. This ensures competitive quotes are obtained on exactly the same information and the project is completed on budget.
We will provide a fixed fee quote for the tendering services dependent on the estimated build cost for the project.
